Zenculture FAQ
What is ZenCulture™?
ZenCulture™ is a comprehensive 4-in-1 Synbiotic supplement. It combines Probiotics, Prebiotics, Postbiotics, and Digestive Enzymes into a single capsule. This formula is designed to address gut health from every angle: seeding new bacteria, nourishing existing bacteria, and supporting the gut lining directly.
What makes this different from a standard probiotic?
Most supplements only provide probiotics (live bacteria). ZenCulture™ includes:
-
Prebiotics: Fiber that "feeds" the good bacteria.
-
Probiotics: High-quality live cultures to balance the microbiome.
-
Postbiotics (CoreBiome®): Beneficial compounds produced by bacteria that directly support the colon and gut lining.
-
Digestive Enzymes: To help break down food and reduce immediate bloating.
What is CoreBiome®?
CoreBiome® is a clinically studied Postbiotic (Tributyrin). It is a specialized form of butyrate, a short-chain fatty acid that acts as the primary fuel source for the cells in your colon. It is essential for maintaining a strong gut barrier ("tight junctions") and supporting a healthy inflammatory response in the GI tract.
How does ZenCulture™ help with bloating and gas?
The inclusion of a comprehensive enzyme blend helps your body break down proteins, fats, and complex carbohydrates more efficiently. This prevents undigested food from fermenting in the gut, which is a leading cause of gas and post-meal discomfort.
Does this support the "Gut-Brain Axis"?
Yes. By fostering a diverse microbial environment and strengthening the gut lining, ZenCulture™ supports the signaling between your digestive system and your brain, which can influence mood, focus, and energy levels.
Will this help my immune system?
Since roughly 70–80% of the immune system is located in the gut, the probiotics and CoreBiome® in ZenCulture™ help maintain the body's first line of defense against environmental stressors and pathogens.
Do I need to refrigerate ZenCulture™?
No. Our probiotic strains are shelf-stable and formulated to survive room temperature. However, like all supplements, it should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain maximum potency.
Can I take this if I have a sensitive stomach?
Yes. In fact, the Resistant Pea Starch (Prebiotic) used in ZenCulture™ is generally much easier on the stomach than harsher prebiotics like Inulin, which can cause gas in some individuals.
Is ZenCulture™ vegan-friendly?
ZenCulture™ is formulated to be vegan and vegetarian-friendly. It contains no animal-derived ingredients.
Where is it manufactured?
ZenCulture™ is 100% Sourced and Made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility. Every batch undergoes third-party testing to ensure purity, potency, and safety.
